Great use of serif fonts by Jon Tan. I especially love the way he did the logo - the whole thing is pure text, no images.

This is a UX agency in Toronto. They have a really nicely designed website and I particularly enjoyed the fact that they put in some humour into it - try hovering over the labels above the team photos.

A beautiful windows UI concept by Sputnik8 in The Verge forums. Sputnik8 did a great job integrating Metro ideas into desktop environment without ruining usability. If only Microsoft would use these ideas.
